How our program works

Our six month program provides new, licensed producers with fundamental insurance knowledge as well as vital prospecting and selling skills. With a unique blend of classroom training and virtual learning coupled with personal coaching and sales consulting. All to help your producer effectively solicit, write and maintain commercial accounts. We look forward to working with you to strengthen your producer team and help develop a clear succession plan to secure your agency’s future.
