Hotel/Lodging

Cincinnati will arrange and pay for your room and tax for both weeks (even if you're local). The first week and the return week take place at the same hotel.

For each session, participants check-in to the hotel the day before the course start date and will check-out on the last day of training.

Program costs

The cost of the entire four-month program is $1,500 and is due 30 days prior to the start of the program. While attendees are responsible for travel expenses, we will provide overnight accommodations and several meals.

To earn reimbursement for $500 of the tuition fees, new account representatives must complete all of the classroom instruction and at least 90 percent of the virtual sessions.

*Cancellation Policy: Participants who cancel class reservations prior to the Friday before the first class date will receive a full refund paid to the agency. We do not provide refunds for cancellations submitted after the Friday preceding the first class date.

Other cost considerations

While many amenities are provided for your account rep, your agency is responsible for covering the cost of and making arrangements for:

  • transportation between the airport and hotel
  • transportation during free time
  • unscheduled meals
