Amber Kelly has worked at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies since 2002. Prior to joining the Learning & Development department, Amber was a commercial lines underwriter in the Chicagoland area. This experience has equipped her to handle our New Agent Program along with many other agency-facing programs and workshops as well as associate programs for our Field Claims Reps and Enterprise Change Management.
