The personal coaching and sales consulting component of the program is supplemental to the classroom and virtual learning. Cincinnati’s Performance Coaches are experienced and seasoned producers who will be in constant contact with the attending producers and their mentors, not only throughout the program, but also after the school is complete. Consultations are available as long as necessary to ensure your producer meets the agency’s validation goal.
At every stage of our New Agent Program, the distance learning and coaching components are structured so your producer can simultaneously apply these newly acquired skills while soliciting and writing new accounts.
The coaching process is one that will establish goals, encourage development of or a change in key behaviors and instill the importance of personal accountability through observations, discussions and reinforcement.
